How to Order

General Information

The Proofing Process
Once we receive your order, a proof will be sent back to you by email, usually within a short time. If you would like to make any changes, please send them back via email. Once you are happy with the proof, it will be sent to print.

Photo Size
Your photos need to be a minimum of 300k in size. Photos smaller than this distort when enlarged on a sign. High resolution photos give a far better result.

Corporate Guidelines
We are an approved supplier for a number of the large real estate groups and have formally agreed to provide signage adhering to their design guidelines. Independent real estates and other customers can choose colours and designs that suit their needs. Our staff are more than happy to assist with this process. The only limit is your imagination.

Time Frame
Once you have approved your proof, you sign is sent into production. Under normal circumstances, it will be installed within 24 to 48 hours (1-2 working days). Wet weather can at times cause minor delays as high moisture content in the air can slow the ink drying process.

Service Areas
We service the Greater Brisbane area, Ipswich and the Gold Coast. Some of our products, including banners, A-Frames, corflutes and stickers are suitable to be transported further a field. We are quite happy to make special arrangements to help meet your needs, so please give us a call or email, and we will see if we can help you.

Trading Terms
If you are a registered real estate agent or a business customer, our trading terms are net 30 days after end of month. For individual customers, payment is required at the time of installation. If the value of your signage is over $500, a 50% deposit is required at the time of placing your order.
